By placing a restock order with Toolbox Beauty, you agree to the following Restock Policy.

Restock Items

Brushes 100 Dual-Ended Foundation and Complexion, 101 Dual-Ended Concealer and Setting, and 300 Dual-Ended Precision Contour are restock items. Any brush set, bundle, or order that includes one or more of these brushes is also treated as a restock order.

Estimated Restock Shipping Date

Restock items are expected to ship by June 30, 2026.

This is an estimated shipping timeframe based on our current production and inventory arrival schedule. Delivery dates may vary based on carrier transit times after your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

Orders Containing Restock and In-Stock Items

If your order includes a restock item, your entire order will ship together once all restock items are available.

If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.

Payment

Payment is collected at checkout when your restock order is placed. By placing a restock order, you authorize Toolbox Beauty to charge your selected payment method at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods

Shipping methods selected at checkout apply once your order ships. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not change the estimated restock shipping timeframe.

Order Changes and Address Updates

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address before your restock order ships, please contact us as soon as possible at care@toolboxbeauty.com with your order number.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered fulfillment.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may request to cancel your restock order before it ships by contacting care@toolboxbeauty.com with your order number.

If your restock order has already shipped, it will follow our standard return policy.

If we are unable to ship your restock order within the estimated shipping timeframe, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline and available options, which may include continuing to wait or canceling your restock order for a refund.

If we are unable to fulfill your restock order, we will cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Returns

Once delivered, restock items are subject to our standard return policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Brush sets must be returned in full.

If your order included a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned to receive a full refund where applicable.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout. Please monitor the email address used to place your order for restock updates, shipping notifications, and any delay notices.

Policy Updates

Toolbox Beauty may update this Restock Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page. For existing restock orders, we will communicate material changes to the email address provided at checkout.
